Attending the Congress preparatory session were comrade Tran Huy Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Party Committee Secretaries and 268 outstanding Party members representing over 7,688 Party members in the entire Party Committee.
At the preparatory session, the Congress elected the Presidium, Secretariat, and Delegate Qualification Examination Board; and approved the Program and Working Regulations of the Congress.
The Presidium chaired the preparatory session of the Congress.
The Congress Presidium includes 5 comrades: Comrade Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Nguyen The Phuoc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Nguyen Huu Long, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Comrade Vu Thi Hien Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Comrade Le Thi Thu Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
The Congress discussed, commented and contributed to the documents of the 14th National Party Congress, draft documents of the Provincial Party Congress and draft documents of the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Nguyen The Phuoc - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee disseminated some contents of the official session of the Congress.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the entire Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee is determined to strive to successfully implement the goal of "Building a clean and strong Party Committee; promoting innovation, creativity and efficiency, contributing to building Lao Cai province in a green, harmonious, unique and happy direction, becoming a growth pole, a connecting center of the region and the whole country".
