Ha Tinh is identified as one of the provinces directly affected, very dangerous when storm No. 10 makes landfall on the night of September 28, especially the old Ky Anh district area.

To date, the province has evacuated 6,756 households with 14,529 people to safe places, mainly along the coast; 3,983 boats have been brought to safe shelters since September 27.

100% of the police, army, border guards and youth volunteers are on duty, supporting the reinforcement of houses and ensuring safety for people.

Regarding the ability to cope with the heavy rains of the post-storm circulation, the three major irrigation reservoirs of Ha Tinh have been thoroughly checked. Ke Go Lake is at 63.38% capacity, Song Rac Lake is at 61.2%, and Ngan Truoi - Cam Trang Lake is at 47%.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha acknowledged that Ha Tinh province has resolutely implemented the solution of relocating people, considering this a key measure to minimize damage.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that when the storm makes landfall at night, handling the situation will be more difficult, so localities need to have a firm grasp of the area, review plans, and assign forces, especially in the Ky Anh area - where winds are already at level 7-8, and are forecast to reach level 11-12, gusting to level 14.

Ha Tinh needs to pay special attention to dikes, people's safety, property and important works.
