Hai Chau District signed a memorandum of understanding on digital transformation for the 2024-2025 period

DNO - On the afternoon of June 6, the People's Committee of Hai Chau district and the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group, Da Nang Branch ( Viettel Da Nang) signed a memorandum of understanding to implement the digital transformation coordination program for the period 2024-2025.

Accordingly, in the period of 2024-2025, Hai Chau District People's Committee will coordinate with Viettel Da Nang to promote digital transformation in 6 areas such as digital infrastructure, digital awareness, digital government, digital economy , digital society and network information security.

Specifically, Viettel Da Nang has preferential policies on installing wifi systems at community centers and parks in Hai Chau district; accompanying and supporting the construction of pilot digital technology experience spaces to serve people in accessing, directly experiencing, and using electronic products, digital technology services, digital applications, etc.

In addition, Viettel Da Nang will support consulting and introducing solutions on environmental monitoring infrastructure; support experts in training and coaching on digital transformation solutions for leaders, officials, civil servants, employees, enterprises, business households, community digital technology groups and the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030" (Project 06).

At the same time, Viettel Da Nang will assign personnel to participate and accompany the Community Digital Technology Team and Project 06 in 13 wards of the district in implementing digital transformation tasks; building a virtual assistant system to serve management and operations in Hai Chau district.

Along with that, Viettel Da Nang will deploy free payment acceptance points and guide people, small traders, business households, and individuals to use cashless online payments (by the end of 2024, 80% of individual business households in Hai Chau district will have a cashless payment account and exchange and pay by scanning QR Code).

Viettel Da Nang will coordinate with the District People's Committee in expanding the cashless payment route (striving to build a cashless payment route on 80% of the district's roads by the end of 2024); provide instructions on installing and using digital signatures to carry out procedures on public service portals and other commercial environments; implement public telecommunications policies and policies for people in especially difficult circumstances according to the city's policies.

On the other hand, Viettel Da Nang cooperates with Hai Chau district to advise, survey, and evaluate the current status of information security in the district based on the instructions of the city's Department of Information and Communications; coordinates and consults on a number of information security solutions such as Cloudrity, Pentest,... to agencies, units, and localities.

In addition, the People's Committee of Hai Chau district is responsible for directing relevant departments, functional branches and the People's Committees of 13 wards in the district to provide necessary information to coordinate with Viettel Da Nang in implementing activities and tasks; propagating and communicating coordination contents on media so that people know and participate; integrating the implementation of tasks of digital transformation and information technology application of the district.

Viettel Da Nang is responsible for developing a specific plan, financial and human resource conditions to discuss and coordinate with the District People's Committee to implement and ensure strict compliance with policies, guidelines and regulations of the Party and State; carry out propaganda and communication of coordination contents on social platforms and messages so that people know and participate.
