To reduce the load on Tay Mo Primary School, Tu Liem District has developed a project to split the school into two primary schools, Tay Mo and Tay Mo 3, which has been completed. This is a public school built with public investment from the district.

At the time of enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year, Tay Mo 3 Primary School had not yet completed its apparatus, so the District People's Committee directed Tay Mo Primary School to carry out enrollment work for Tay Mo 3 Primary School as well.

Parents waited at Tay Mo 3 Primary School on August 21, waiting for an explanation and to have their children admitted to school.

Specifically, the total enrollment target for Tay Mo 3 Primary School is 400 students, including residential groups 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and buildings that have not yet established residential groups in Vinhomes Smart City urban area; after the end of enrollment, there are 460 targets; enrollment work ensures compliance with regulations, schedule, and subjects according to the enrollment target.

After separation, the remaining number of students at Tay Mo Primary School is 1,791, and Tay Mo 3 Primary School is 1,111.

According to statistics, there are 460 students who want to transfer to Tay Mo 3 Primary School, which are students in grades 2, 3, 4, and 5 from neighboring schools. Ly Nam De Primary School has 233 students who want to transfer. In addition, there are students from other provinces and districts who have just moved here to live; students who did not register but saw that the school was completed, also asked to transfer from other places...

The solution is "propaganda so that people understand"

The People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District also proposed a solution, which is to propagate so that people understand that Tay Mo 3 Primary School is a public school and is for children in the ward. After separating grades 2, 3, 4, 5 and recruiting new grade 1, the total number of students is 30 classes with 1,111 students, which has exceeded the target compared to the regulations (30 classes with a maximum of 1,050 students).

All students (grades 2, 3, 4, 5) separated from Tay Mo Primary School and newly recruited (grade 1) are students in Tay Mo Ward according to the correct enrollment route (belonging to residential groups 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and buildings that have not yet established residential groups in Vinhomes Smart City urban area, Tay Mo Ward).

First grade students are organized to enroll according to regulations, the right subjects have been divided with the registration quota of 400, however, due to the rapid population growth rate, the enrollment ended up exceeding the quota by 60 (with a total of 460 first grade students divided into 13 classes). Cases that do not submit their applications within the prescribed time are considered as not having any need.

The District People's Committee also collects information and wishes to synthesize, classify subjects, count numbers, report to leaders and advise on solutions according to current regulations.

This morning, August 22, the leader of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training also said that he had requested the Department of Education and Training of Nam Tu Liem District to advise the district leaders to research and organize a plan to ensure the legitimate learning rights of students in accordance with regulations.
