On an area of 1.38 hectares, a closed complex from laboratory, breeding, nursery, experimental garden, production area, product processing area, to product display area has created an attractive science discovery tour about biotechnology, high-tech agricultural production that is developing strongly in Lam Dong.

From reality to virtual reality

In particular, the final destination in this special experience journey is the product display area from the research results of science and technology topics, visitors can see more clearly the achievements of applying science and technology to life. In fact, this is a 180 m2 space ^, professionally designed and arranged, using friendly materials, combining a synchronous lighting system and interior to create a lively and modern display environment. The display cabinets and shelves are flexibly arranged, easy to change according to each theme and product group: Herbs, food, drinks, plants - flowers...

Here, more than 100 typical products including 4-5 star OCOP products, typical rural agricultural products, local specialties, products researched and produced by the Center from the results, topics and tasks of science and technology were introduced, leaving a deep impression on thousands of students and making the journey of discovery more complete.

From the actual display space, a 3D virtual reality display model has been designed and operated on a web platform, allowing users to access and visit the simulated display space remotely. The system also has interactive functions such as integrated support for customers to look up and order online, search for products, save favorites, share via social networks or link to e-commerce channels...

Promoting science and technology products for human health

When clicking on any product, all information will appear in full such as: images, detailed descriptions, prices and QR codes, ingredients, uses, users, how to use, production methods, manufacturing enterprises. The elaborate introduction, specific, detailed, accurate, scientific information of each product not only creates trust for customers but also at each booth, each product line provides a lot of knowledge such as: biological properties, origin of flowers, effects of herbs.

Not only serving as a tour to learn about a science and technology center, the virtual reality model has promoted the real values and real achievements of scientific and technological research and application, bringing consumers quality products for human health. Mr. Nguyen Van Quang - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Science and Technology Application Center said: Putting into operation the 3D virtual reality model, the Center's staff has been trained in depth on product introduction skills, equipment operation and guiding visitors.
