Quang Ninh will set off high-altitude fireworks to celebrate the success of the 16th Provincial Party Congress.

The event aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life; affirm outstanding achievements in the 2020 - 2025 term and spread the aspiration for a strongly developing Quang Ninh in the new period.

The 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, took place from September 25-27.

The highlight of the event is the special art program with the theme: "Quang Ninh - Moving forward strongly under the glorious Party flag" held at October 30 Square (Ha Long ward).

Right after the art program, a high-altitude fireworks display will be simultaneously performed at 2 locations: October 30 Square (Ha Long Ward); Bank Hill Area (adjacent to Ha Long Ward and Ha Lam Ward). Starting time is from 9:30 p.m., Saturday, September 27; duration is 15 minutes at each location; expected scale is 800 fireworks and 60 sets at each shooting location.

To ensure the program is successful and absolutely safe, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned specific tasks to the units. Accordingly, the Provincial Military Command presides over the fireworks display. The Provincial Police coordinate to ensure security, order, and fire prevention. The Department of Culture and Sports and related localities are responsible for the script, organization, and state management.

Organizing fireworks displays at two locations will serve a large number of people in the area, including areas far from the center of October 30 Square, to share the joy and pride in the success of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
