Regulations on disciplinary action against officials and civil servants
(Infographic) - Decree No. 172/2025/ND-CP stipulates regulations on disciplinary action against cadres, civil servants and public employees. The Decree replaces previous regulations, abolishes demotion and salary reduction, and clearly stipulates the statute of limitations and cases of exemption from discipline, along with mitigating and aggravating circumstances.
