Regarding investment in medical facilities, the Minister of Finance also said that Resolution 43/2022/QH15 has allocated resources to invest in building infrastructure, especially for primary health care. In addition, local and central budgets are also allocated for investment in projects to repair, improve and modernize primary health care.

Through monitoring, the world has recognized our successful anti-epidemic work. The mobilization of huge resources demonstrates the patriotism, solidarity and self-sacrifice of the business community and people, and demonstrates the correct and open foreign policy of the Party and State.

" In addition to the State budget resources, funding from businesses, aid from countries and contributions from the people are extremely large, " Mr. Phuc emphasized.
