Samsung Vina Electronics Company and Keppel have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to deploy smart technology solutions applied in the real estate sector in Vietnam.
With this cooperation, Samsung and Keppel will jointly explore and promote the application of smart technology in the real estate sector in Vietnam, leveraging the combined strengths of the two businesses to bring innovative and sustainable solutions, contributing to improving the quality of life for residents and tenants.
Mr. Lee Chung Lyong shared: “This partnership opportunity with Keppel allows us to introduce innovative and disruptive solutions at scale to the real estate market in Vietnam. Going forward, we will continue to apply our technology and expertise to continuously drive innovation and sustainable development, improve the quality of life for residents and tenants, and contribute to the development of the industry.”
Specifically, Keppel will join hands with Samsung to deploy the latest smart technology solutions at residential and commercial projects of Keppel and/or Keppel's affiliates in Vietnam. Samsung provides its advanced technology, technical expertise, and extensive research and development capabilities to support Keppel's projects or Keppel's affiliates, including technical support, training, guidance, as well as support in manpower, equipment and machinery for the feasibility study and project implementation process.
