Arrange management and end operations of district health department

The Steering Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" has just held its first meeting; implementing the Conclusion of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18.

The Steering Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18 is headed by Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is assigned to be the standing body of the Steering Committee.

After listening to the Steering Committee members' discussion, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van agreed with the Steering Committee's plan. This is the basis for the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Support Team to advise the Steering Committee on developing a plan to rearrange units. The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board is assigned to coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to advise the Steering Committee on developing a summary report on the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW; it is expected to organize a summary at the provincial level before December 31, 2024, and complete the arrangement of the organizational apparatus before March 2025.

The Steering Committee will review the activities of the steering committees established by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to include them in the plan to end their operations; identify district and commune-level administrative units that must be merged in the 2026-2030 period according to the criteria approved by the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly.
