During the recent 2025 Business Dialogue Conference organized by the Provincial People's Committee, a number of businesses operating in Lam Dong made recommendations to resolve environmental issues, which were acknowledged and responded to by local authorities.

Operating at Phan Thiet Industrial Park (IP) phase 2 in Ham Liem commune, Trans Pacific Seafood Processing Company Limited reported that it is currently unable to build more and increase the capacity of the wastewater system to increase production capacity.

The reason is that the wastewater system of the industrial park infrastructure investor is not qualified to receive more wastewater, so it is recommended to quickly upgrade the wastewater treatment so that businesses can boost their productivity...

Regarding this issue, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board said that Phan Thiet Industrial Park Phase 2 has a centralized wastewater treatment system with module 1 of 300 m3/day and night and is operating at capacity, no longer able to receive more wastewater from secondary enterprises.

Faced with the above situation, the Industrial Park Management Board has also worked with the investor and proposed to concentrate resources to complete the infrastructure of the industrial park here. The immediate task is to increase the capacity of the Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant of Phan Thiet Industrial Park Phase 2 from 300 m3/day and night to 1,200 m3/day and night to ensure receiving wastewater when secondary projects upgrade and expand the project.

In the coming time, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board will continue to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and sectors to work and request investors to increase the capacity of the centralized wastewater treatment system of Phan Thiet Industrial Park, phase 2.

Thereby, promptly meeting the discharge needs of secondary enterprises in accordance with regulations.
