Recently, Facebook tested a blue tick subscription for $14.99/month on iOS or $11.99/month on the web. This move is said to be following billionaire Elon Musk when launching the Twitter Blue service.

As for Facebook, the only information released by Meta is that it is testing blue tick rentals in the Australian and New Zealand markets and has not yet opened in other countries.

Therefore, many accounts have seen the blue tick appear, which is considered an unwanted technical error.
