Training on digital transformation in tourism activities for 160 students - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

From September 25 to 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized training on digital transformation and smart tourism applications for 160 trainees who are tourism human resources at tourist areas, points and businesses in the province.

Trainees were trained on the following contents: Legal regulations on tourism (regulations on resources, products and tourism activities); rights and obligations of tourists, organizations and individuals doing tourism business; policies and orientations for digital transformation of tourism, building a digital tourism ecosystem, and solutions for applying technology in management and operation; deploying and popularizing the Provincial Smart Tourism Portal and applications that effectively support business activities and promote products and services; instructions on implementing the reporting and statistical regime in the tourism sector and online reporting operations on the Smart Tourism Portal.

Through the training, trainees will know how to operate connections, update data and tourism resources of the province systematically and effectively, thereby creating a digital tourism ecosystem to support tourism activities, proactively participating in promoting tourism products on digital platform applications. Support tourism agencies and businesses to connect and interact with tourists, creating favorable conditions for domestic and foreign tourists to access information, use tourism products and services conveniently.
