Training for cadres of the Ethnic and Religious sectors

(Chinhphu.vn) - On September 25, the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions opened a training conference on professional organization of cadres for 60 trainees who are leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees from departments and units under the Ministry.

The conference focused on in-depth content on the organization and state management in the field of ethnicity and religion related to local governments at two levels.

This is a practical activity to update new knowledge, improve management skills and organizational structure in the context of increasingly perfect policy system and increasingly high practical requirements.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Nong Thi Ha emphasized: The Law on Cadres and Civil Servants 2025 and the decrees guiding its implementation have many important innovations related to recruitment, use, and management of civil servants; training and fostering contracts; streamlining payroll; disciplining and evaluating cadres according to a new set of criteria; at the same time, focusing on the work of discovering, planning, and using talents.

These contents not only demonstrate reformist management thinking but also serve as an important legal foundation for building a professional, modern, honest civil service that serves the people and creates development.

Within the framework of 3 working days (September 25-27), trainees will learn 6 major topics, including: New points of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants in 2025 and the Government 's decree on recruitment, use and management of civil servants; new regulations on training and fostering civil servants and orientations for training and fostering in the coming time; building and deploying databases and digital transformation in cadre management; especially in-depth content on apparatus organization, state management in the field of ethnicity and religion related to local governments at 2 levels.

The conference is also a forum for officials of the Ministry's units to exchange experiences, share difficulties and jointly resolve problems arising from practice. This is considered an important preparatory step, creating a foundation for the process of innovation and modernization of personnel organization, building a team of civil servants to meet the requirements in the new situation.
