The report of the Provincial People's Committee in April 2025 showed that the zoning plan (1/2000) of Nam Hoi An Resort was approved with an area of 1,017.5 hectares (985 hectares of project, 32.2 hectares of connecting infrastructure). The implementation of the plan has achieved many results.
The work of announcing and marking the planning has been completed; the detailed planning 1/500 has been implemented on 161 hectares (16.3%); site clearance has reached more than 500.4 hectares (50.8%). Phase 1 (125 hectares) has completed items such as the main avenue, commercial area, casino, hotel, Hoiana Shores golf course and technical infrastructure, reaching 12.6% of the total project.
