Tay Ninh speeds up the progress of building a smooth and effective digital government

DNVN - To achieve the goal of building a digital government that operates smoothly and effectively, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province has issued a document directing departments, branches and localities to urgently implement Plan No. 01-KH/BCĐ of the Provincial Steering Committee to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

Digital transformation ensures consistency from central to local levels

The implementation of digital transformation in the political system must ensure consistency from the central to local levels, while being consistent with the two-level government model of localities. The principle throughout this process is to combine technology application with process reform, decentralization, delegation of power, and taking data as the central factor. Ensure that data must meet the standards of "correct - sufficient - clean - bright/live - unified - shared". Tay Ninh province has emphasized the importance of drastic and rapid implementation, avoiding formality, with the goal of ensuring substance and effectiveness, taking the satisfaction of people and businesses as a measure of evaluation. Information security and data security must be a priority throughout the transformation process.

Specific targets by 2025 and before 2026

In order to achieve the goal of building an effectively operating digital government, Tay Ninh has set clear goals to be achieved by the end of 2025:

100% of administrative procedures related to businesses are performed online and smoothly.

At least 80% of administrative procedures will be processed entirely online, with people only needing to enter data once.

Complete the connection and interconnection of 12 national databases with specialized databases, and build a shared data warehouse for the province.

All work records and documents will be created and processed on an electronic platform.

Strive to digitize at least 30% of high-value archival documents before 2026.

Key solutions implemented

To achieve the above goals, Tay Ninh province has identified a number of key solutions:

Establish a single interaction model for people and businesses through the VNeID Application and the National Public Service Portal.

Modernize command and control methods based on digital data, connecting with the intelligent operating system (IOC) and national population databases.

Perfecting the system of document management and unified operation within the Party, government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Increase the application of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, virtual reality, and drones in command and control.

The goal of digital transformation is not only to improve the efficiency of government operations but also to better serve the people, create favorable conditions for business development, and contribute to making Tay Ninh a modern and sustainable locality.
