Tay Ninh deploys new legal documents

On the morning of October 2, the Department of Justice held an online conference to deploy the first phase of new legal documents in the last 6 months of 2025. The conference was chaired by Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, Vice Chairman of the Coordinating Council for Dissemination and Legal Education Ly Hong Huan, with online participation from bridge points in communes and wards in the province.

At the training conference, delegates listened to the reporter introduce and analyze 20 new Laws and many important legal documents. The contents include: Law on Organization of Local Government; Law on Cadres and Civil Servants; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; Law on Corporate Income Tax; Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Enterprises, Law on Bidding; Laws on Investment under the form of public-private partnership, Customs, Value Added Tax, Import-Export Tax, Investment, Public Investment, Management and Use of Public Assets; Law on amending and supplementing the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Law on Trade Unions, Law on Youth and Law on Implementation of Democracy at Grassroots Level; Law on amending and supplementing the Law on Organization of People's Courts, Civil Procedure Code, Administrative Procedure Law, Juvenile Justice Law, Bankruptcy Law, Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court; Law amending and supplementing the Criminal Procedure Code and the Law on Organization of the People's Procuracy; Law amending and supplementing the Penal Code; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 11 laws on military and national defense; Law on Inspection; Law on Science, Technology and Innovation; Law amending and supplementing the Law on Credit Institutions.

In addition, delegates were informed of new contents in the Law amending and supplementing the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Law amending and supplementing the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; Law amending and supplementing the Law on Vietnamese Nationality; Resolutions of the National Assembly , Resolutions on Legal Affairs of the Provincial People's Council and Decisions on Legal Affairs of the Provincial People's Committee.

The training conference aims to improve professional capacity, situation handling ability and task organization skills for each cadre, contributing to limiting errors and obstacles during implementation. At the same time, this is also a forum for delegates to exchange experiences, share difficulties and find solutions suitable to actual conditions at the grassroots level. The larger goal is to promote the effectiveness of state management, improve the quality of service to the people, thereby building a cadre with innovative thinking, a sense of responsibility and the ability to meet the requirements in the current period./.
