Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requests organizations to seriously, fully and effectively implement solutions to absolutely protect historical - cultural relics, scenic spots, artifacts, relics, antiquities and national treasures in the area. In particular, three key tasks are emphasized:

Firstly, ensure that protection work is carried out well in accordance with legal regulations, and that no heritage is left unattended or without a responsible unit or individual to manage and look after it.

Second, review and clearly identify the unit and individual directly responsible for each relic. Do not allow "ownerless", overlapping or irresponsible situations in preserving and protecting cultural heritage.

Third, sectors and localities need to develop plans to prevent, detect early, and promptly handle all acts of encroachment and destruction of relics and artifacts associated with relics. Absolutely do not allow loss, misplacement, or destruction of heritage in any form.

Thanh Hoa is currently one of the provinces with the richest heritage system in the country. The whole province has inventoried and announced 1,535 relics, of which 856 relics are ranked, including: Ho Dynasty Citadel World Cultural Heritage, 5 special national relics, 139 national relics, 711 provincial relics.

With a large amount of heritage, widely distributed, protecting historical and cultural values not only requires the efforts of specialized agencies but also the cooperation of the entire political system, localities and communities.

Thanh Hoa aims to build a modern, professional and transparent heritage management system; at the same time, continue to promote the value of relics associated with sustainable tourism development, traditional education and promotion of local image.

This is not only a state management responsibility but also a commitment of the province to the past and the future, preserving the core values that make up the Thanh identity in the flow of national culture.
