Thanh Hoa rewards teachers and students who won national prizes

(Dan Tri) - Thanh Hoa province has decided to reward students and teachers whose students won prizes at the national high school excellent student exam for the 2024-2025 school year.

On February 9, information from the Office of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, Mr. Do Minh Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision to award Certificates of Merit of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with a bonus of 677 million VND to 77 students who won prizes in cultural subjects and 27 teachers whose students won prizes in the national high school excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year.

Of the 77 prize-winning students, 74 are from Lam Son High School for the Gifted, the remaining 3 are students from Quang Xuong 1 High School (Quang Xuong District), Ham Rong High School (Thanh Hoa City) and Tinh Gia 2 High School (Nghi Son Town).

The total prize money for the 77 prize-winning students is 396 million VND. Of which, the first prize winner will receive 12 million VND; the second prize 7 million VND; the third prize 5 million VND and the consolation prize 2.5 million VND.

Teachers whose students won first prize were awarded 12 million VND, second prize 7 million VND, third prize 5 million VND and consolation prize 2.5 million VND.

The total bonus for 27 teachers whose students won the prize is 281 million VND.
