Hai Duong's first quarter state budget revenue increased by 37%

Positive economic growth created momentum for Hai Duong's first quarter budget revenue to achieve high results.

In the first quarter of 2025, many enterprises paid higher budgets than the same period, creating momentum for state budget revenue in the province to achieve positive results.

According to the report of Hai Duong Department of Finance, the total state budget revenue in the locality in the first quarter of 2025 is estimated at more than 9,820 billion VND, reaching 36% of the year's estimate, up 37% over the same period last year.

Of which, domestic revenue is estimated at nearly VND 8,600 billion, reaching 36% of the year's estimate, up 33% over the same period last year, equal to 31% of the 2025 growth scenario target of the Provincial People's Committee.

Revenue from import-export activities is estimated at more than VND 1,200 billion, reaching 31% of the year's estimate, up 64% over the same period last year, equal to 31% of the 2025 growth scenario target.

11/16 revenue items achieved quite well compared to the estimated progress (over 25% of the annual estimate). Typically, revenue from foreign-invested enterprises is estimated at VND2,973 billion, reaching 42% of the annual estimate, up 29% over the same period.

Revenue from the non-state economic sector is estimated at VND1,943 billion, reaching 57% of the year's estimate, up 49% over the same period. Personal income tax is estimated at VND681 billion, reaching 56% of the year's estimate, up 55% over the same period. Registration fee collection is estimated at VND169 billion, equal to 29% of the year's estimate, up 27% over the same period. Revenue from the local state-owned enterprise sector is estimated at VND115 billion, reaching 96% of the year's estimate, equal to 98% over the same period...

Also according to the Department of Finance, the socio-economic development situation in the first quarter of 2025 of the province achieved many very positive results compared to the same period last year, creating momentum for budget revenue to achieve high results; many enterprises paid higher budgets than the same period...
