Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee gives opinions on the province's growth scenario

On the afternoon of August 12, comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired a meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to give opinions on matters under its authority.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave its opinions on the submission of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee on the draft plan to implement the growth scenario for the third quarter, 9 months and the whole year of 2025; reports of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee on the expected medium-term public investment plan from the state budget for the period 2026-2030 in Tuyen Quang province; expected medium-term public investment plan from the state budget for 2026 in Tuyen Quang province.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh proposed focusing on solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles to promote production and economic development according to the proposed growth scenario, with a target of 8.61% this year; clearly analyzing factors related to growth in each region to have solutions to complete the set target.

Regarding medium-term public investment for the 2026-2030 period, it must be consistent with the goals and targets of the Provincial Party Congress documents for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, it is necessary to clearly identify the priority order of works and projects that are the existing difficulties of the locality such as infrastructure for offices, schools, clean water, etc. to ensure balanced and appropriate use of resources.

For new projects, there needs to be a focus, key points, positive impact on growth factors, creating high added value, especially transport infrastructure, digital transformation infrastructure. At the same time, it is necessary to make good use of resources from national target programs to achieve growth goals, economic and social development.
