The Exchange - Art Program "Remembering Uncle Ho's words - Echoing the rhythm of the march" was chaired by the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, and directed by the Propaganda Department to coordinate with the Army Radio and Television Center, the Army Song and Dance Theater, to introduce some of the results achieved after 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style (2016-2025) in the Army.

Through the program, we continue to raise awareness and responsibility, and the spirit of setting an example of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, and Party members in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, associated with effectively implementing military and defense goals and tasks, and building a clean and strong Party organization, building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Army, and comprehensively strong agencies and units that are "exemplary and typical", meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

At the rehearsal, after watching and observing all the art performances, short reports and exchanges in the program, the delegates contributed ideas to improve the quality of the performances, ensuring the success of the art exchange program.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet acknowledged and highly appreciated the agencies and units that proactively coordinated and built quality, meaningful scripts and program content; and praised the artists for their efforts, hard work, serious practice, and relatively skillful and emotional performances.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet directly commented and analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of each performance; required the singers and orchestra to be more active and proactive in practicing to have smooth and rhythmic coordination. In particular, he noted that the singers need to be more confident and focused to ensure the performances achieve the highest artistic quality.

The Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army also requested units to continue researching, arranging, and enhancing equipment, ensuring the highest quality of sound to help the orchestra and artists excel on stage. For reports and illustrative clips, it is necessary to continue selecting and adding more images to increase the vividness, impression, and closeness to the main content. In addition, the department in charge is required to continue to train the movements and tone so that the guest characters, when on stage, can have standard, natural, and emotional actions and language.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that this is an exchange - art program of special significance, honored to welcome leaders of the Party, State, Government, Central ministries, branches, and the Army to attend, broadcast live on QPVN television channel, therefore, the assigned agencies and units must focus on mobilizing maximum resources, intelligence, community responsibility, solidarity, and determination to organize the program successfully, leaving a deep impression, having a far-reaching meaning, and being safe in all aspects.
