Logistics Subcommittee serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress, first meeting

The Logistics Subcommittee serving the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 13 members, headed by Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, is responsible for advising the Provincial Party Executive Committee to develop plans and budget allocation schemes for the Congress; fully and thoughtfully prepare facilities, equipment and other conditions for the Congress. To complete the Draft Guidelines for implementing the expenditure regime for organizing Party Congresses at all levels in the province, the Provincial Party Committee Office has sought comments from nearly 30 agencies and units of the province.

Concluding the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Mua A Son emphasized: The task of the Subcommittee is extremely important, requiring a high sense of responsibility, initiative and self-awareness of each member, thereby specifying the tasks of each sector and field they are monitoring and managing; members closely follow the plan, progress, and assignment to carry out assigned tasks; proactively coordinate best between agencies and units to carry out tasks. It is proposed to add the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to the membership of the Subcommittee. Regarding the guidance on implementing the expenditure regime for organizing Party Congresses at all levels in the province, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee Office to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Finance to promptly complete and submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and promulgation. Regarding the detailed budget estimate for the Congress, it is recommended that the Provincial Party Committee Office continue to review the spending tasks...
