Colonel, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Trong Hanh, Department of Party Building and State Administration, Academy of Politics of the People's Public Security, passed away at 2:00 p.m. on September 30, 2025.

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Colonel, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Trong Hanh. Born on January 1, 1971.

Hometown: Thieu Quang Commune, Thanh Hoa Province (formerly Thieu Thinh Commune, Thieu Hoa District, Thanh Hoa Province). Permanent residence: Apartment No. 702, Building A6D, Nam Trung Yen Urban Area, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City. The former Head of the Department of Party and State Government Building passed away at 2:00 p.m. on September 30, 2025 (August 9, At Ty Year), at the age of 55.

The funeral will be held from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. on October 3, 2025 (Friday) at the Funeral Home of the 19-8 Hospital of the Ministry of Public Security , Tran Binh Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi City.

The funeral will take place at 1:30 p.m. on October 3, 2025 at the hometown cemetery in Thong Nhat village, Thieu Quang commune (formerly Thieu Thinh), Thanh Hoa province.
