There are still shortcomings…
In addition to the outstanding results, many outstanding issues were also discovered through the monitoring activities of the Hanoi People's Council regarding the settlement of complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections. That is, the leaders of some units still lack determination and do not really attach importance to the settlement of complaints and letters; the arrangement of personnel to receive citizens and handle complaints is still limited; the work of inspection, monitoring and implementation of inspection conclusions in some units is not regular and continuous... This leads to slow results in resolving cases and not ensuring time.
