On the morning of August 26, speaking at the national online conference summarizing the Program and emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025", Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the completion of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide is a "special national project" of "the Party's will, the people's heart", of "national love and compatriots' affection".
