On the occasion of participating in the Return to the Source Program in Tuyen Quang province towards the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly, on September 13, the National Assembly Delegation - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province presented 1.6 billion VND to Tuyen Quang province to build a boarding school in the border area and eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh and leaders of Quang Ninh and Tuyen Quang provinces witnessed the handover of 1 billion VND from the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province to support Tuyen Quang province in building a boarding school in the border area.
