Organizing training courses on rural tourism program design

BTO-On October 28 in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Rural Development Department organized a training course on rural tourism program design, introduction and promotion of rural tourism (class 4, 2024).

Attending were new rural construction officials from provincial to commune and village levels, cooperatives, cooperative management officials, cooperative groups, and rural tourism.

As planned, the training course will take place over 4 days (from October 28 to 31), taught by lecturers at the School of Public Policy - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development .

MSc. Doan Ngoc Trung - Lecturer of School of Public Policy - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development teaches the class.

Trainees will be imparted knowledge to design rural tourism programs such as the concept of tourism routes, tours, destinations, tourism programs, etc. At the same time, introduce rural tourism products and programs to attract tourists. In which, the role and communication strategy for promoting rural tourism, some promotion channels and application of digital transformation platforms to introduce and promote rural tourism will be emphasized. This is an activity to promote the consumption of tourism products and create opportunities for the products themselves to convey information to customers accurately, helping tourism businesses build and protect their brand image as well as tourism products in the minds of consumers.

Also at the training class, students will share and participate in rural tourism models in the province.

Rural tourism in Binh Thuan is increasingly developing.

Previously, from the beginning of 2024 until now, the Provincial Department of Rural Development has organized 3 training courses on tourism development in new rural construction, in order to implement the Rural Tourism Development Program Plan in new rural construction for the period 2021 - 2025.
