On the occasion of summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive 05 of the 12th Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the Party Committee of the Army and the entire army, on the evening of July 3, in Hanoi, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense organized the art exchange program "Remembering Uncle Ho's words - echoing the rhythm of the march".

Attending were Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia; Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh ; Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang; Minister of Public Security, General Luong Tam Quang; Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang; Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen.

Also attending were Secretaries of the Party Central Committee, members of the Party Central Committee, members of the Central Military Commission; leaders of the Ministry of National Defense and central departments, ministries and branches; Chief of the General Staff, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; leaders and commanders of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense and representatives of typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the Party Committee of the Army and the entire army over the past 10 years.

The activity was organized to review the achievements in the Army after 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05; create opportunities to exchange experiences of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, spread typical examples; encourage, motivate, and create motivation for cadres, party members, and the masses in the entire army to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. Thereby, continuing to raise awareness, responsibility, and exemplary spirit of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, and party members in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of studying and following Uncle Ho in conjunction with effectively implementing military and defense goals and tasks and building a clean and strong Party organization; building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Army; building strong, comprehensive agencies and units that are "exemplary and typical", meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Through reports, live exchanges on stage, interspersed with outstanding art performances praising the country, the Party, Uncle Ho, the Army with performances by the symphony orchestra and artists..., the program contributed to depicting and reflecting the outstanding results in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05 in the entire army, especially the cadres, party members, and the masses studying and following Uncle Ho on the responsibility of setting an example, cultivating and training moral qualities, lifestyle, overcoming all difficulties, being proactive, creative, excellently completing the functions and tasks of the combat army, the working army and the production labor army; on building a strong, lean, elite army, improving combat readiness; helping people, protecting people, worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period. In particular, the most impressive part is the exchange between the patient character and Colonel, Doctor Le Van Thanh, Head of the Department of Liver, Gallbladder and Pancreas Surgery, 108 Central Military Hospital.

The exchange has a new performance style, combining reportage with live exchange on stage with special art performances praising the love for the country, the Party, Uncle Ho, and the Army such as: "Marching Song", "Praise to President Ho", "That Soldier", "Offering Him the Spring Song", "Volunteer", "A Lifetime, a Forest", "Aspiration", "Uncle is Marching with Us", "Co-op Songs", "Cheo Folk Songs", "The Party's Call to the Heart", "We Are Uncle Ho's Soldiers" by musicians: Van Cao, Ta Duy Tan, Hoang Van, Nguyen Van Thuong, Truong Quoc Khanh, Tran Long An, Pham Minh Tuan, Hoang Hong Ngoc, Tran Quoc Dat.

The performances were performed by artists, actors and symphony orchestras of the Army Music and Dance Theater, the Army University of Culture and Arts, the Army Cheo Theater, the Art Troupe of Military Zones 1, 2 and 9...
