The procession departed from the festival center yard to the Upper Temple.

According to the program, the incense offering delegation will depart from the Festival Center yard, through the Nghi Mon Gate, the Lower Temple, the Middle Temple, and up to the Upper Temple. Leading the way is the honor guard carrying the national flag, the association flag, and a wreath bearing the inscription "Forever grateful to the Hung Kings for their contributions to building the country". Following are young women carrying incense, flowers, offerings, and 100 young men representing the descendants of Lac Hong. Following the ceremonial group is the delegation of leaders of the Party, State, central and local agencies, and the People attending the incense offering ceremony.

A group of 100 Lac Hong descendants carried the festival flag in the incense offering procession to commemorate the Hung Kings.

With spiritual and cultural values ​​and beliefs cultivated through many generations, Hung King's death anniversary has become a fulcrum, connecting the great national solidarity bloc like a tree of one root, like children of one family, in the two sacred words "compatriots".

This year's incense offering ceremony to commemorate the Hung Kings will be held by Phu Tho province on April 7, 2025 (March 10 of the lunar calendar).
