In 2024, the "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee at all levels in the province received over 26.4 billion VND from agencies, units, businesses, individuals, and philanthropists inside and outside the province. From the fund, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province supported the construction of 475 Great Solidarity houses; supported Tet gifts, scholarships for poor but studious students, and livelihood support... Regarding the "Relief" Fund, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee received over 14.9 billion VND to support people in the North to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.

After a period of implementation, Project 384 has supported the construction of 569 houses (of which 127 were built before the Project was approved), with a total amount of over 56 billion VND. Specifically, the funding source from the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund is over 28 billion VND; the provincial budget supports 8.84 billion VND; local counterpart capital from the "For the Poor" Fund or materials is nearly 8.84 billion VND; counterpart capital of households is over 6 billion VND. The implementation of support for house construction under Project 384 ensures the right approved subjects, objectivity, transparency and democracy. The houses have been completed and handed over to families for use, ensuring quality requirements, with a minimum area of 32 m2. Through the Project, it has contributed to meeting the needs and improving the quality of housing for poor and near-poor households; At the same time, improve living standards and ensure social security.
Concluding the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee assessed the implementation of Project 384; the management and use of basic funds met the requirements and tasks set out, contributing to the implementation of social security policies, strengthening people's trust in the leadership of the Party and the State. In the coming time, he requested agencies, units, and Fronts at all levels to step up propaganda work, mobilize the community and society to contribute to effectively implementing the emulation movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", build the "For the Poor" Fund, "Relief" Fund; continue to innovate methods, improve the quality of mobilizing resources from society; review, organize, receive, manage, distribute, and use contributed resources to ensure the correct purpose, objects, and provisions of law. Collectives and individuals received certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 7 groups and 2 individuals who had made achievements in contributing and supporting funds and materials in the work of preventing, fighting and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 and floods.
