Thanh Hoa City announced decisions on retired officials and civil servants according to Decree 178 of the Government.

On the afternoon of February 28, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa City Party Committee on officials and civil servants who retired before the retirement age according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government. Attending the conference were comrade Le Anh Xuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa City People's Council.

Comrade Le Anh Xuan, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, presented the Decision to the leaders of the City Party Committee who retired before the age.

At the conference, comrade Pham Thi Viet Nga, Head of the Organizing Committee of Thanh Hoa City Party Committee, announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on early retirement according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government from March 1, 2025 for comrade Le Anh Tuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and comrade Le Thanh Hai, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee.

Accordingly, including comrades: Le Anh Nga, Permanent Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Nguyen Thi Tam, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Le Trong Giang, Chairman of the City Labor Federation; Nguyen Thi Hong, Deputy Chief Inspector of the City; Nguyen Huu Dai, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Bui Thi Cuc, Director of the City's Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education; Nguyen Huu Hoa, Deputy Director of the City's Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education; Hoang Van Tho, expert of the City Party Committee's Organization Commission; Nguyen Nam Tien, expert of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Ngoc Dung, member of the City Labor Federation.

Comrade Le Anh Xuan, Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa City, spoke at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Le Anh Xuan, Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Thanh Hoa City People's Council, emphasized: In the past time, with great determination and great efforts, the city has seriously implemented the Central Government's direction on arranging and streamlining the organization of the political system to operate effectively, efficiently and effectively according to Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee. Up to now, the city has 42 leaders, managers and civil servants voluntarily applying for early retirement according to Decrees 177/2024-ND/CP and 178/2024-ND/CP of the Government.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the positive contributions of the comrades, cadres and civil servants to the development of the city during their working time. The proactive and voluntary early retirement of the comrades demonstrates exemplary behavior, responsibility and high consensus with the major policies of the Party and State.
