Faced with this situation, at the end of August 2025, Duc Xuan Ward People's Committee established an Urban Order Inspection Team with more than 20 members from departments, agencies, unions and the Ward Police. This is the core force directly inspecting, handling and mobilizing people to participate in maintaining urban order.

Mr. Tran Cong Linh, Head of Group 8B, said: After being informed, many households voluntarily removed their roofs, moved their goods, and signed a commitment not to encroach on the sidewalk. People's awareness of compliance has initially shown positive signs, and now many households and traders have voluntarily cleaned up and moved into the market.

According to the reporter's observations, in recent days, the appearance of Duc Xuan market area has initially had positive changes, the surrounding streets are more open, and the rampant trading scene on the sidewalks has been overcome.

Not stopping at the peak period, Duc Xuan ward determined that restoring urban order is a long-term task, requiring the synchronous participation of the entire political system and the consensus of the people. During the days of launching, many business households, small traders and street vendors were reminded. However, the ward government also affirmed that if the situation of re-encroachment recurs, the authorities will resolutely handle it strictly according to regulations.

Mr. Dong Thien Phuc, Deputy Head of the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Department of Duc Xuan Ward, affirmed: Restoring order to the sidewalks not only restores the openness of the urban area, but also contributes to building a civilized lifestyle, and the image of the urban area is increasingly spacious and modern.

With the determination of the government and the coordination and compliance of the people, the urban appearance of Duc Xuan ward is gradually being significantly improved, moving towards a neat, clean, beautiful and civilized image.
