The gratitude ceremony was organized by the People's Committee of Dau Lieu Ward (Hong Linh Town - Ha Tinh ) and descendants of the Bui family to pay tribute to the Imperial Censor Bui Cam Ho, a famous mandarin who contributed to the country and people during the Later Le Dynasty.

To show respect and gratitude for his merits, after Bui Cam Ho passed away, the people built a temple to worship him at the foot of Bach Ty mountain, west of Ngan Hong range (today's Dau Lieu ward). In 1992, Bui Cam Ho temple was recognized as a national historical and cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information.
