On September 19, the leaders of Mong Cai 1 ward awarded certificates of land use rights for aquaculture to 18 aquaculture cases in Tra Co area (Mong Cai 1 ward).

Mong Cai 1 Ward has 4 areas in the aquaculture plan: HH01, HH02, HH03 and Tra Co. The total farming area is 191.3 hectares, arranged into 106 farming cells, of which Tra Co has a farming area of ​​76 hectares.

The granting of certificates of land use rights for aquaculture water surface to 18 aquaculture households that meet the conditions as prescribed by the People's Committee of Mong Cai 1 Ward aims to help people stabilize production, create long-term livelihoods, and access preferential capital from banks to develop production; at the same time, it also helps functional agencies more conveniently inspect and monitor the use of sea areas to ensure compliance with regulations and not cause negative impacts on the environment and surrounding fishing communities.

This is the first time that the People's Committee of Mong Cai 1 Ward has allocated surface water land for aquaculture to the people since implementing the two-level local government model.

In the coming time, the locality will continue to remove difficulties and obstacles, speed up the progress of handing over water surface to qualified households so that people can feel secure in working and producing, developing the marine economy , stabilizing their lives and making an important contribution to protecting border sovereignty and ensuring local security and order.
