I. Admission score based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam (admission code 100)

For majors in the Health and Teacher Training sectors, the minimum score for receiving application documents is greater than or equal to the input quality assurance threshold prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training .

II. Admission score based on high school academic results (grade 12 transcript - admission code 200)

Candidates can choose one of the following two methods:

§ Total score of 3 subjects for the entire 12th grade year in the admission combination is from 18.0 points or higher.

§ The average score for the entire 12th grade year is 6.0 points or higher.

Admission requirements for some specific majors:

§ Medicine, Pharmacy, Preschool Education, Primary Education: Candidates must have a good academic record for the entire 12th grade or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher. For Medicine and Pharmacy, the 12th grade transcript must have a final score in Chemistry or Biology.

§ Nursing, Midwifery, Rehabilitation Technology: Requires a grade 12 academic year of Good or higher or a high school graduation score of 6.5 or higher.

III. Admission score based on the results of the Competency Assessment Exam organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University in 2025 (admission code 402)

§ General majors: Admission score from 600 points or more.

§ Law, Nursing, Midwifery, Rehabilitation Engineering: Minimum total score from 720 points and grade 12 academic performance must be Good or higher.

§ Medicine and Pharmacy: Requires a total score of 800 points or higher and a grade 12 academic record of Excellent or higher.

IV. Other admission methods

§ Admission based on a combination of international language certificates and high school graduation exam scores (code 409): Applicable to candidates with an IELTS certificate of 5.5 or equivalent, combined with high school graduation exam scores to achieve a total admission score of at least 15 points.

§ Admission based on combined aptitude test scores (code 405): Applicable to the majors of Preschool Education, Primary Education, Fashion Design, Graphics and Cultural Management. The score for receiving the application is the total score of the 2 high school graduation exam subjects in the combination plus the aptitude test score (without multiplying the coefficient, must be from 5.0 points or higher) and priority points, plus (if any) to reach a minimum of 15 points.

§ Admission of candidates who graduated from high school abroad (code 411): Applicable to the fields of Medicine and Pharmacy, requiring high school graduation with a grade of Good or higher and there will be an interview to assess English proficiency.

§ Direct admission (code 301): Implemented according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
