In the 2024-2025 school year, the Artillery Officer School has actively and proactively implemented drastic and effective innovation and improvement of the quality of education and training with the motto "The quality of the school's training is the combat readiness of the unit". Implementing the training program well, the results of the courses were quite good; successfully completing the training program for the armies of Laos and Cambodia.

The highlight is that the school has actively innovated teaching forms and methods; improved the quality of practical teaching for students according to training objectives; successfully completed drills to ensure absolute safety. In the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years, the school organized command drills - 1-level agencies and 1-party drills for students at the end of the course with good results, drawing many lessons in organizing and practicing drills.

In addition, the school always attaches importance to improving the quality of the teaching staff and educational management staff (in the last school year, the school had 1 more comrade who met the standards of Associate Professor; 9 comrades were recognized as senior lecturers and 22 comrades were recognized as excellent lecturers at the grassroots level). The school strengthens the application of information technology, digital transformation in teaching and training management activities; actively trains and improves foreign language proficiency for staff and lecturers in the school. Scientific research activities are promoted and put into practice; during the school year, 4 topics at the Ministry of National Defense level and industry-level initiatives were implemented and completed well; 25 school-level initiative topics, 160 topics and initiatives at the department, faculty, battalion levels... Topics, topics and initiatives are applied in teaching and research activities, bringing practical results.

On behalf of the Chief of the General Staff, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia praised the results and achievements of the Artillery Officer School in the past school year. To successfully complete the tasks of the 2025-2026 school year and the following years, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army requested the Artillery Officer School to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the directives and resolutions of the Central Executive Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the Artillery - Missile Corps, especially Resolution 71 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development. Focus on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training with a spirit of determination, synchronization, substance and efficiency. Closely follow the unit's reality and modern war conditions, use high-tech weapons. Continue to be proactive, positive, creative, and take the lead in implementing the motto "The quality of the school's training is the unit's combat readiness"; Research and propose to open the code for training Command Staff - Missile officers at university level; training Artillery and Missile officers at master's level, contributing to affirming the position and prestige of the school in the system of military and national schools.

Effectively implement the Resolution of the Central Military Commission on leading military science work until 2030 and the following years. Promote scientific research, digital transformation, and application of information technology in teaching to improve training quality, especially research on the art of using artillery and missiles in modern warfare conditions. Regularly pay attention to standardizing the team of teachers and managers with sufficient professional qualifications, expertise, pedagogical qualifications and moral qualities to meet the requirements of education and training tasks in the new situation.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on implementing solutions to develop a team of teachers who meet the title standards; strive to form a team of prestigious teachers, scientists, and leading experts in key teaching and research fields of the school to meet the requirements and tasks of building the Artillery - Missile Corps.
