Tuyen Quang issues rules for Thanh Tuyen Festival 2024

(PLVN) - The code of conduct for building a "civilized - friendly - clean" city culture in the Thanh Tuyen Festival 2024 was issued in both Vietnamese and English.

The 2024 Intangible Cultural Heritage Performance Festival and Thanh Tuyen Festival will be held from August 31 to September 15 in Tuyen Quang .

In order to bring good impressions to tourists, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City has just issued a code of conduct to build a culture of Tuyen Quang city "civilized - friendly - clean" in the Tuyen Quang City Festival in 2024.

The full and shortened codes of conduct are both developed in Vietnamese and English, and include a general code of conduct and 10 messages.

For tourists “Civilized - Friendly - Responsible”. For organizations and individuals doing tourism business “Professional - Quality”.

For travel agencies “Prestige - Quality”. For tour guides “Warm - Enthusiastic - Friendly”.

For tourist accommodation facilities “Clean - Polite - Professional”. For tourist transport units “Safe - Friendly - Professional”.

For restaurants and food service establishments: “Hygiene, safety - Civilization - Friendliness - Professionalism”. For shopping destinations serving tourists: “Prestige - Quality - Friendliness”.

For tourist attractions, “Clean - Attractive - Unique - Friendly” tourist attractions.

For the community of "Hospitality - Civilization - Friendly".

Mr. Tran Viet Cuong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City, said that in order to implement the project of renovating the organization of Thanh Tuyen Festival and to ensure that the Festival of performing intangible cultural heritage and Thanh Tuyen Festival in 2024 takes place safely, creating a deep impression on tourists, the city has developed a plan to implement 12 response activities, and at the same time built a Code of Conduct to build the culture of Tuyen Quang City "Civilized - Friendly - Clean and Beautiful".

According to Mr. Cuong, up to now, all cultural and tourism service businesses in the central wards have posted a code of conduct in Vietnamese and English. Along with that, improve service quality, publicly post prices, service prices and commit not to raise prices, ensure civilized, polite and hospitable attitudes and lifestyles.

It is known that 2024 is the 20th year that Tuyen Quang people maintain and develop Thanh Tuyen Festival, a unique, distinctive and largest Mid-Autumn Festival in the country. Thanh Tuyen Festival has set 3 Guinness Vietnam records including "Mid-Autumn Festival with the largest number of lantern models in Vietnam"; "Largest Mid-Autumn Festival tray in Vietnam"; "Largest pair of lanterns in Vietnam".
