By the end of May 2025, 3,114 Social Policy Bank customers had opened mobile banking accounts; of which, 1,786 savings and loan group leaders installed mobile banking, reaching over 88% of the total number of groups. The branch deployed the Policy Credit Management application (QLTDCS) to subjects according to regulations at 3 levels; leaders and staff of the Social Policy Bank and issued about 3,695 accounts to users. Thereby, the information provided on the application was exploited to effectively serve the leadership and management of policy credit activities in the locality.
