On the morning of February 19, the People's Procuracy of Thanh Hoa province held a ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of leadership and management positions and the titles of intermediate and primary prosecutors in the second phase of 2023.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tien, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee and leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy presented the Decision and presented flowers to congratulate the comrades who were transferred and appointed.

To transfer and appoint comrade Le Thi Ngoc Ha, Intermediate Prosecutor, Deputy Head of the Office of Prosecution and Appeals of Criminal Cases (Department 7), Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy, to hold the position of Chief of the General Office of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy, from February 1, 2024.

To transfer and appoint comrade Le Quy Hung, Intermediate Prosecutor, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Dong Son District People's Procuracy to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Prosecution, Investigation Supervision, and Trial Supervision of First Instance Criminal Cases on Social Order (Department 2) of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy, from February 16, 2024.

Also at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy, announced the Decisions of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the appointment of the positions of intermediate prosecutors and primary prosecutors to 12 comrades working at the two-level People's Procuracy of Thanh Hoa province who passed the second round of the 2023 selection exam for the position of prosecutor (including 3 intermediate prosecutors and 9 primary prosecutors). The Decisions take effect from February 16, 2024.

Provincial People's Procuracy Chief Le Van Dong delivered a speech assigning tasks.

In his speech assigning tasks, comrade Le Van Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Prosecutor of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy, congratulated the comrades who were newly transferred and appointed to positions and titles.
