Accordingly, the Golden West apartment building (lot 2.5 HH Le Van Thiem street, Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan district) is invested by Vietnam Trade Development Joint Stock Company (Vietradico). Currently, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has not yet issued certificates for the apartments in this project because the investor has not yet completed the project's legal documents and sent them to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to check the legal documents for registration and issuance of certificates according to regulations.

Also in this project, the Ministry of Construction Inspectorate previously pointed out a series of violations such as: Hanoi People's Committee made one adjustment, the Department of Planning and Architecture made three adjustments against legal regulations, adjusting the height from an average of 6.5 floors to 25 floors, density from 38% to 47%, the number of apartments increased from 352 to 740, the number of residents increased from 2,112 to 2,652. The Ministry of Construction Inspectorate clearly stated that this is the responsibility of Hanoi People's Committee and the Department of Planning and Architecture, and requested to review and handle the responsibilities of organizations and individuals according to their authority.

Golden West project "stuck" with many violations

For The Legacy apartment project (106 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum , Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan district) invested by Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 41. Currently, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has not yet issued certificates for apartments in this project because the investor has not yet completed the project's legal documents and sent them to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to check the legal documents for registration and issuance of certificates according to regulations.

At the Starcity Center apartment project (at the land plot with the symbol HH, Southeast Urban Area, Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District) invested by Ngoi Sao Viet Real Estate Company Limited, the Hanoi People's Committee said that this project was approved by the competent authority for the works with the symbols: A, B, C, D, G, H. Currently, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has been issuing certificates to home buyers who have fulfilled their financial obligations to the investor at the works with the symbols A, B, D, H. Particularly, the works with the symbols C and G have not been issued certificates because the investor has not completed the project's legal documents and sent them to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to check the legal documents for the registration and issuance of certificates at the project according to regulations.

In the case of the Viet Duc Complex Office - Service and Housing Project (lane 164 Khuat Duy Tien street, Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan district) in which Song Da - Viet Duc Investment Joint Stock Company is the representative for the Joint Venture (Song Da - Viet Duc Investment Joint Stock Company; Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company; Construction and Industrial Equipment Group Joint Stock Company) as the investor, the City People's Committee said that the investor has submitted a legal inspection dossier to serve the work of granting a certificate to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
