Bat Xat Commune organized 2 training courses to improve information technology application skills for 160 people.

On September 20, at Quang Kim Primary School; Ban Qua Primary & Secondary School, Bat Xat Commune Public Administration Service Center (Lao Cai) organized 2 training courses to improve information technology application skills for 160 students who are members of the community digital technology team; cadres, teachers, school staff; and people with the ability to apply information technology in 23 villages of Quang Kim and Ban Qua communes (old).

The training content focuses on main topics, including: skills to manage community digital technology teams; carry out non-territorial public administrative procedures, suitable to the actual local situation; instructions on submitting documents, monitoring the processing progress and receiving results online on the National Public Service Portal; using the VNeID platform, smartphones, cashless payments and ensuring digital security; building a network of "Digital Ambassadors" from members of community digital technology teams in villages to support people at transaction points; at the same time, instructing people on how to use smartphones, access online public services, make digital payments and protect personal information...

Through the training course, trainees will be further equipped with knowledge and skills to apply information technology to life, while improving service efficiency for people and businesses, promoting the goal of building digital government at the local level.
