According to statistics, the entire La Ee commune has 15 potential landslide or flash flood risk points, mainly in Con Zot, B Lang, and Pa Lan villages.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Chuong, Secretary of the La Ee Commune Party Committee, said that up to now, 6/6 villages of the commune have established a Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Team (each team has 20-25 people/village). This is a shock force to help people in any emergency situation.
“La Êê is a remote border commune with a large area and difficult roads, so compliance with the "4 on-site" plan is always our top priority. In particular, inspection and preparation work is considered very important to minimize damage caused by storms and floods,” said Mr. Nguyen Dang Chuong.
