The People's Committee of O Lam Commune ( An Giang Province) issued a decision to establish two consulting groups to guide and support people in submitting online applications for the two hamlets of An Nhon and Phuoc Loi. The groups will support people in performing two types of transactions: Issuing copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates; certifying copies from originals.

Members of the two groups also have the responsibility of receiving, reflecting and recommending people during the process of submitting online applications, reporting to the Commune People's Committee; coordinating with the public administrative service center and specialized departments to ensure the progress and quality of application processing.
