On September 16, the Standing Committee of the Lung Cu Commune Party Committee (Tuyen Quang) assigned the Commune People's Committee to urgently establish a working group to inspect, verify, and clarify tourists ' complaints about service prices in Lo Lo Chai village being too high and products showing signs of poor quality.

Previously, a tourist shared on social media about his trip to Ha Giang (now Tuyen Quang province), reflecting that the service prices in Lo Lo Chai village (Lung Cu commune) were too high, even being "ripped off" three times higher than normal.
This tourist said that he bought smoked pork as a gift, but when he used it, he discovered that the meat was rotten (the surface was slimy and sticky), showing signs of poor quality. In addition, the lack of transparency in the purchase and sale made tourists feel dissatisfied and considered this a situation of "cheating customers."
In order to ensure objectivity, timeliness, compliance with legal regulations and community conventions, and at the same time public, transparent and honest inspection results to maintain prestige, image and promote local tourism, Lung Cu Commune People's Committee has established an inspection team of 7 members, headed by the Head of the Department of Culture and Society.
The working group is responsible for verifying information reflected by tourists related to high service prices and food safety at business establishments in Lo Lo Chai village.

Lung Cu Commune People's Committee requested the working group to work seriously and urgently and report the results before 4:00 p.m. on September 16. At the same time, the local government continues to strengthen the management, inspection and rectification of tourism service activities, promptly handle violations, and build a civilized, safe, friendly and attractive tourism environment for tourists.
