"When taking on roles, I often lean towards characters that are opposite to my real-life personality. This helps me challenge myself and discover new aspects of myself. However, I also like roles that I can sympathize with, because this makes it easier for me to connect with the character" - Tang Phuc confided.

According to Tang Phuc, Shark is a character with depth: strong, humorous and flexible. The constant changes in dialogue and voice expression help the character come alive.

If in the first part of the series, Shark made the whole theater laugh with his disguise as a pregnant woman to save his teammates, then in the sequel, this character continues to affirm the title of "skin-wasting general" (skin: costume in the game) with another daring disguise.

Shark played by Tang Phuc has a humorous personality.

Despite his impressive performance, Tang Phuc's chance to get this role was not easy. Initially, voice director Dat Phi frankly commented that his body shape and usual voice were completely unsuitable for the image of Shark.

Tang Phuc tried very hard and finally convinced director Dat Phi. The biggest challenge, according to Tang Phuc, was to accurately express the character's emotions in each scene, from humorous, dramatic to inner moments. Sometimes, he had to repeat a line dozens of times just to find the Shark's witty and charming quality.

"Gang of Monsters" 2 is a sequel to the successful work of the same name released in 2022. With a budget of about 70 million USD, the first part of the film earned more than 3 times more, setting a box office record. The work was released in Vietnamese theaters from August 29.
