According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on February 28, the North will have fog and drizzle in the morning, but it will be sunny in the afternoon and the temperature will gradually increase.

The Central Highlands and the South on February 28 will have typical dry season weather, hot and sunny during the day, showers and thunderstorms in the evening.

Detailed forecast for regions day and night February 28: Northwest:

- Cloudy, rain in some places, early morning fog and light fog scattered, afternoon less cloudy and sunny. Cold morning and night.

- Lowest temperature from 17-20 degrees Celsius, some places below 16 degrees Celsius.

- Highest temperature from 24-27 degrees Celsius, in the Northwest region 28-31 degrees Celsius.

Northeast:

- Cloudy, early morning and night with drizzle and scattered fog, afternoon with less clouds and sunshine. Cold morning and night.

- Lowest temperature from 17-20 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas below 16 degrees Celsius.
