According to the Decision of the Military Region 4 Command, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hung, Head of the Militia and Self-Defense Force, General Staff Department, Provincial Military Command now holds the position of Commander of the Thanh Hoa City Military Command; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tran Trong Hung, Commander of the Thanh Hoa City Military Command now holds the position of Head of the Militia and Self-Defense Force, General Staff Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command.
