Vang Anh Kindergarten, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City has announced to parents instructions for registering for the second round of admission. According to Vang Anh Kindergarten, District 8, students who have not registered for the 2024-2025 school year or do not agree with the results of the first round of admission can register for the second round of admission according to the following instructions:

• From July 15, 2024, starting at 6:00 a.m. to July 21, 2024 (ending at 9:00 p.m.), parents can register for the second round of admission by logging into the Ho Chi Minh City online admission system (http://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn) or can come to the school for registration support;
  
• From July 22 to August 1, 2024, parents will monitor the admission results, look up the results and confirm admission if they agree with the school's zoning, or refuse admission if they do not agree with the zoning school;
  
• Immediately after confirming successful admission, parents must submit admission applications to the admitted school before 5:00 p.m. on August 1, 2024.

Children of first grade age, residing in the area but not on the list to be mobilized for first grade, what should they do?

In the document "Guiding some contents in the work of mobilizing children to go to class and enrolling them in the first classes of the 2024-2025 school year in Thu Duc City", the Head of the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City emphasized:

In case children of school age are mobilized to enter grade 1 and are residing in the area but are not on the ward's mobilization list, the admissions council will instruct parents to contact the ward People's Committee or the ward education specialist to make a supplementary list.

No exams are held to select classes. No students whose names are not on the arranged list are accepted; any changes to the school compared to the list must be approved by the Head of the Department of Education and Training - Permanent Deputy Head of Admissions if there is any change in the school in the admission.

In cases where students of the prescribed age have completed the primary school program for the 2023-2024 school year but do not study at primary schools in Thu Duc City, schools are requested to instruct parents to submit their applications to the Department of Education and Training for zoning, phase 2 (entering grade 6 - PV).

Before the end of enrollment, the school's admissions board will review the cases whose names are on the list but have not yet registered for enrollment, make a list, make a plan, assign personnel to contact and support parents via phone, and notify the ward People's Committee to coordinate verification and mobilization.
