Arrested karaoke bar owner who organized drug use for many young people in Dak Lak

On November 13, the Krong Pac District Police ( Dak Lak ) announced that the unit had just issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain Le Dinh Phi (55 years old, residing in Ea Yong commune, Krong Pac district) for 4 months to investigate the act of "Organizing illegal use of narcotics".

According to initial investigation, on the evening of September 25, Ho Bao Duy (25 years old), Vo Hoang Phuc (26 years old) and Nguyen Van Chanh (25 years old), all residing in Tien Giang province, organized a drinking party in Krong Pac district.

Then, Duy called Nguyen Cong Danh (22 years old, also living in Tien Giang province), asking him to buy drugs and book a karaoke room to organize a party.

After buying the drugs, Duy and his friends went to the Khong Gian Xanh karaoke bar owned by Phi. There, Duy asked Phi to get a room (a room for drug use). In addition, Duy asked Phi to call 5 more female waitresses and borrow plates to use the drugs.

At around 3am on September 26, Duy's group was using drugs at a karaoke bar when they were caught red-handed by the Krong Pac District Police.

During the extended investigation, the police had enough grounds to prosecute Karaoke bar owner Le Dinh Phi as an accomplice in organizing drug use.

In relation to this case, Krong Pac District Police have temporarily detained Ho Bao Duy, Vo Hoang Phuc, Nguyen Van Chanh and Nguyen Cong Danh, all for organizing illegal drug use.

Krong Pac District Police are continuing to investigate and clarify the actions of many subjects, including 5 flight attendants in the above incident.
